オイスターソースを加えることで普段の和風ダシとは違ったコク深いおでんになりますよ。
オイスターソースのコクが旨い！家庭で簡単おでんつゆのレシピ
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 水 | 1500cc |
| オイスターソース | 大さじ2 |
| カツオだし | 適量 |
| 醤油 | 大さじ1 |
| みりん | 大さじ2 |
オイスターソースのコクが旨い！家庭で簡単おでんつゆの作り方
①材を全て鍋にかけ、沸騰させる。
②アルコールが飛んだら味をみて、塩で整える。
オイスターソースを加えてしっかり煮込んだスープはコクがしっかりあり、旨味が強い。
大根や練り物のダシのしっかりした土台になって旨味を受け止めています。旨い。
