寒い季節にはお鍋ですが、その中でも贅沢な品と言えばブリしゃぶです。
脂の乗った寒ブリは刺身などは脂の乗りがすごいので数切れ十分ですが、ブリしゃぶにして適度に脂を落としつつ、ポン酢で頂くといくらでも食べられる一品になります。
本日はブリの稚魚、イナダを使用したしゃぶしゃぶです。寒ブリには脂の乗りはもちろんかないませんが、さっぱり食べたい方はイナダの方がお好みかと思います。
ポン酢でさっぱり！ブリしゃぶならぬイナダしゃぶのレシピ 2人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| イナダ | 1匹 |
| 白菜 | 1/6個 |
| 人参 | 1本 |
| 油揚げ | 1枚 |
| えのき | 1/2袋 |
| ごぼう | 1/2本 |
| 春菊 | 1/2袋 |
| 水 | 1500cc |
| 和風ダシ | 小さじ2 |
| 酒 | 大さじ2 |
| ポン酢 | 適量 |
ポン酢でさっぱり！ブリしゃぶならぬイナダしゃぶの作り方
①イナダを柵どりして、薄めの刺身に切っておきます。
②お鍋に水、和風ダシ、酒を入れて1煮立ちさせる。
③油揚げはお湯をかけて油抜きしておく。
④野菜類は食べやすい大きさにきっておく。
⑤油あげと野菜を鍋で煮て火を通す。イナダは食べる際にさっと火を通してポン酢で食べる。
さっぱりとしたイナダの身質はしゃぶしゃぶにするとふわっとした触感になり旨い。ブリしゃぶのような脂の重厚感は少ないが、美味しくいただける品になった。
さっぱり食べたい女性には特におすすめ。
