①カツオは両面に塩を振り、10分程度冷蔵庫に置いて臭み抜きをしておく、出てきた水分はキッチンペーパーで拭いておく。
②カツオを片栗粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順につけて180°の油で1分弱揚げる。
③ポッカレモンと塩混ぜてタレを付ける。
④②のカツオをスライスして盛り付けて出来上がり。
カリっと仕上がった衣の中にしっとりとしたカツオが顔を出します。カツオのたたきよりガッツリ頂ける品です。丁度良いミディアムレアのカツオが旨い！
