カイワレ大根を添えることで少しピリッとした辛味を合わさり豚ロースの脂分をスッキリさせてくれます。

材料 分量
豚ロース薄切り 180g
レタス 5,6枚
ミニトマト 5個
玉ねぎ 1/4個
カイワレ大根 適量
ゴマドレッシングの材料 分量
すりごま 大さじ2
醤油 大さじ1
マヨネーズ 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ1/2
ごま油 小さじ1
酢 小さじ1

  1. お湯を沸かしたっぷりの酒と塩二つまみ(分量外)を加えて、豚ロースを茹でる。茹で上がった豚肉はお湯を切った後休ませてく。
  2. 野菜類を食べやすい大きさにカットしておく。
  3. ドレッシングの具材は全て合わせてよく混ぜ合わせておく。
  4. 全てを盛けて、ドレッシングをかけて完成。
