しっとりとゆで上げた豚ロース肉にゴマダレが絡んで極上の味わいと旨味ながら、たっぷりの野菜でシャキシャキ触感と清涼感も合わさり、非常に後味とバランスが良い品になっています。
カイワレ大根を添えることで少しピリッとした辛味を合わさり豚ロースの脂分をスッキリさせてくれます。

豚ロース薄切り | 180g |
レタス | 5,6枚 |
ミニトマト | 5個 |
玉ねぎ | 1/4個 |
カイワレ大根 | 適量 |
ゴマドレッシングの材料 | 分量 |

すりごま | 大さじ2 |
醤油 | 大さじ1 |
マヨネーズ | 大さじ1 |
砂糖 | 大さじ1/2 |
ごま油 | 小さじ1 |
酢 | 小さじ1 |

- お湯を沸かしたっぷりの酒と塩二つまみ(分量外)を加えて、豚ロースを茹でる。茹で上がった豚肉はお湯を切った後休ませてく。
- 野菜類を食べやすい大きさにカットしておく。
- ドレッシングの具材は全て合わせてよく混ぜ合わせておく。
- 全てを盛けて、ドレッシングをかけて完成。

豚肉はたっぷりの酒で茹でることで臭みが軽減して美味しく仕上がります。
また、茹であがったら冷水で冷やすことはしないでください。ゆで上げからゆっくり冷ますことでしっとりとした豚肉に仕上がります。
ゴマダレは砂糖や酢の量を調整してお好みの味に仕上げていただいても楽しいかと思います!
