ベースとなるトマトソースに海鮮の旨味をプラスして、粉チーズでよりコク深く仕上げるパスタです。

| 材料 | 分量 |
| パスタ | 200g |
| 茄子 | 1本 |
| タコ帽子 | 150g |
| オリーブオイル | 大さじ2 |
| ニンニク | 2片 |
| 玉ねぎ | 1/2個 |
| トマト缶 | 1缶 |
| 粉チーズ | 大さじ1 |
| ゆで汁 | お玉1杯 |
| 塩 | 適量 |
さっぱりなのにコク深い！タコ帽子とナスのトマトソースパスタの作り方
①タコ帽子は皮を剥ぎ取り、塩を加えたお湯で3分程茹でておく
②茄子は食べやすい大きさに切り、大さじ1ほどの多めの油で焼き色を付けてから、蓋をして弱火で3分程蒸し焼きにする
③ニンニクをみじん切りにして、オリーブオイルを引いたフライパンで香りを引き出す
④みじん切りにした玉ねぎを加え、透明になるまで炒める
⑤トマト缶とタコ帽子、茄子、塩2,3ツマミを加えて15分程煮込む
⑥パスタを表示時間茹でる。途中でゆで汁をソースに加える
⑦パスタとソースを合わせて出来上がり
