竜田揚げ

竜田揚げはザクっとした衣が美味しいですが、自宅で作ると衣薄く、食べ応えが弱くなりがちです。

卵と小麦粉の衣にしっかり漬けた後に、片栗粉を塗すとザクっとした食べ応えのある竜田揚げになりますよ。

ザクっとした衣が旨い！絶品竜田揚げのレシピ　2人前

材料 分量
鶏もも肉 400g
〇醤油 大さじ1
〇酒 大さじ1
〇にんにく 1片
〇生姜 にんにくと同量
たまご 1個
小麦粉 大さじ1
片栗粉 大さじ2,3

ザクっとした衣が旨い！絶品竜田揚げの作り方

  1. 鶏もも肉を食べやすい大きさにカットし、調味料〇に30-60分程漬け込む。漬けこみながら常温に戻しておく。
  2. ①に溶き卵、小麦粉を入れ良く混ぜ合わせる。
  3. 片栗粉をしっかり塗してから、しっかり叩いて余分な粉を落とす。10分程休ませる。

  4. 衣がはがれにくく、一体感のある竜田揚げになります！

  5. 180度の油でカラッと揚げる。
