佐渡の回転寿司といえば廻転寿司 弁慶 佐渡本店。佐渡の魚と米にこだわった地産地消のお店。新鮮な佐渡の魚を使って職人さんが握る寿司は絶品ながら、リーズナブルでコスパ◎。
ヒラメのエンガワ、タコ帽子など珍しいネタがあるのも面白い。

今回は秋口の弁慶本店さんにお邪魔して、旬のネタを調査してきた。

スミイカ、シイラなど秋っぽいネタが見受けられます。

弁慶名物タコ帽子。タコの頭(本当は胴体)の部分を使用した寿司。タコよりも歯切れがよく、さっぱりした上品な身質。2,3皿食べたくなる味。

贅沢サラダ巻きという印象の弁慶ロール。腹に溜まるからあまり食べたくないがいつも頼んでしまう一皿。エビやカニカマの風味にとびっこの触感が楽しい。子供ウケも◎。

揚げたてを提供してくれるたこから。お酒を飲みながらお寿司をつまむ方の味方。ザクザク衣にジュブリブリのタコがたまらない。
