富山と言えば、氷見漁港など名高い漁港が数多く存在する魚介類が美味しい県ですが、駅前でも美味しい魚介するがリーズナブルに食べられる『炙庵 とやま鮨』さんを紹介します。
炙庵 とやま鮨
富山駅徒歩2分程に位置するこちらの店。すぐ隣には廻転とやま鮨 富山駅前店もありますが、そちらはお寿司専門店。この炙庵 とやま鮨は富山の魚介類を楽しめる和食のお店です。もちろんお寿司も楽しむことも出来ます。
メニューの一部がこちら。一風変わったメニューも多くこころ惹かれます。
地酒もたくさんあります。
紅ズワイ蟹みそサラダ
紅ズワイ蟹の身がたっぷり乗ったサラダです。ドレッシングにはカニ味噌が使われており、これが絶品です。
少しくどい味も想像していましたが、酸味が強めのマヨネーズをベースにカニ味噌のコクが丁度良く、コクと旨味がずっしり乗ったドレッシングになっています。
白エビのから揚げ
富山と言えば白エビです。今回は鉄板のから揚げを頂きました。
上品な甘さが特徴的な白エビはから揚げにすることで強い旨味をまとい、サクサクとした触感も最高に美味しい一品になっていました。
抹茶塩を少しつけて食べると味が引き締まり尚のこと絶品です。
鯛の甘酢漬け
こちらは本日のおすすめメニューから選んだ品です。
甘酢に漬かることで程よく身がしまり、旨味が増した鯛が最高に美味しい品です。コブ締めや一般的な漬けと違って、甘酢漬けは後味の爽やかさが非常に良く、何切れでも食べれそうでした。
三笑楽 山廃純米
地酒の三笑楽です。香りが高く少し甘めのお酒でお刺身などはもちろん、焼き魚や煮魚とも楽しめそうなお酒でした。

駅から徒歩2分ほどの炙庵 とやま鮨さんにお邪魔してきました。お寿司はもちろん、その他魚介類を使用した和食が堪能できる非常に良いお店でした。リーズナブルに美味しい魚をたくさん食べたい方や、お寿司だけでなく、もっと他の料理も楽しみたい方にぴったりのお店です。
