アジ
脂の乗りは程よく、すっきりしており青魚の風味と旨味を強く感じる
タラ
初めてタラの寿司を食べたが、上品な白身で旨かった。多少水っぽくはあるが、ほぐれる様な柔らかい身質をしている。
まいか
しっかりとした歯ごたえと甘味のバランスが素晴らしく美味しい。
寒ブリ
本日の大本命。背側の切り身。脂っこさは無く強い旨味と風味を感じることが出来た。一貫でおなか一杯になるクドい寒ブリもあるが、後味とバランスが良く美味。
タコのから揚げ
寿司屋では鉄板のビールのお供。揚げたて熱々で間違いない一品。
弁慶ロール
弁慶オリジナルの太巻き。サラダ巻きとは異なりエビのプリプリ感ととびっこの触感の主張が強く豪華サラダ巻きという印象。腹にたまるが子供も大人も好きな味。
スミイカ
言わずと知れた高級イカ。まったりとしたに絡みつくような触感と強い甘味がたまらない一貫。
まいかよりも高価だが、歯ごたえとすっきりさを求める人はまいかの方が好きかも。私はスミイカ派。
たこ帽子
こちらも珍しい一皿。タコの頭(本当は胴体)の部分の皮を剥いで、茹でたもの。たこの足よりも歯切れがよく食べやすい。
うなキュウ(中巻き)
ウナギのタレの甘さとキュウリのすっきりとした触感が美味しい一皿。穴キュウの方が口溶けと味のバランスが良く好み。
エビ三貫
手前から蒸しエビ(ブラックタイガー)、赤海老、甘えび。安定のセット。季節ではないが赤海老の甘さとデカさは満足感◎。
カワハギ
上品で細やかで繊維質な身質が絶品。甘さも程よく感じられる。生姜とネギでさっぱり頂く。
本当は冬期は“肝のせ”が絶品だが、好き嫌いが分かれる。私は”肝のせ”派、嫁は”そのまま”派
活タコ
ぶりぶりの活タコ。甘さもしっかり感じられる一貫。
