こちらも珍しい一皿。タコの頭(本当は胴体)の部分の皮を剥いで、茹でたもの。たこの足よりも歯切れがよく食べやすい。

うなキュウ(中巻き)

ウナギのタレの甘さとキュウリのすっきりとした触感が美味しい一皿。穴キュウの方が口溶けと味のバランスが良く好み。

エビ三貫

手前から蒸しエビ(ブラックタイガー)、赤海老、甘えび。安定のセット。季節ではないが赤海老の甘さとデカさは満足感◎。

カワハギ
