動物系の旨味とあっさりが共存する激ウマちゃんぽん
独自に進化を遂げた近江ちゃんぽんは、動物性の旨味がしっかりしつつ、あっさりしており女性にも人気の高いちゃんぽんです。麺は細縮れ麺を使用しており、透き通ったスープは長崎のこってりしたちゃんぽんとは全くの別物で、タンメンに近い印象です。

ごちそうちゃんぽんはたっぷりの海鮮がすっきりたスープに触感と風味を加えてくれて絶品です。
ごちそうと言うだけあって贅沢な気分にさせてくれるちゃんぽんです。
後半はぜひお酢を入れて味変をお試しください。お酢が全体の味をキュッと引き締めてくれてこれまた絶品です。
一日特製ちゃんぽんは、これでもかと盛られたシャキシャキ野菜がうれしい一品です。

サイドメニューのネギ塩餃子はジューシーな餃子にたっぷりかかったネギがシャキシャキとした触感と爽やかさを演出してくれます。
から揚げは大ぶりなものが6個も入った圧倒的ボリュームです。お腹を減らしたさっぱりちゃんぽんだけでは物足りない男性にはぴったりのサイドメニューです。ボリュームがすごいのでシェア推奨です。

すっきりスープのちゃんぽんは完成度が非常に高く、後半のお酢の味変もバッチリ決まり食べ終わった後の満足度が非常に高く、また食べたくなる品でした。
サイドメニューも餃子、から揚げの人気ニューのクオリティが高く、シェアして食べるときなどにはぴったりの品でした。お酒のお供にも良さそうです。
