動物系の旨味とあっさりが共存する激ウマちゃんぽん

独自に進化を遂げた近江ちゃんぽんは、動物性の旨味がしっかりしつつ、あっさりしており女性にも人気の高いちゃんぽんです。麺は細縮れ麺を使用しており、透き通ったスープは長崎のこってりしたちゃんぽんとは全くの別物で、タンメンに近い印象です。
