離島で讃岐うどんが食べられるのはうれしい。
平日のランチタイムだが、意外と人が多く。茹で上がりまで5分待つ程であった。

甘辛いタレで煮込んだ牛肉がお出汁に溶け出して旨味倍増。
ネギたっぷりで頂くと至福です。

妻が注文した生姜玉子あんかけ(中) \490(税別)
溶き卵たっぷりのあんかけに生姜のスッとした感じが癖になるうどんです。
