魚介の旨味たっぷり！イカとズッキーニの海鮮ペペロンチーノ

魚介系のパスタと言えば絶対に外せないのがイカである。プリプリとした触感がモチモチパスタとの良い対比になることは言うずもがな、非常に強い海鮮の旨味がソースに出る。トマト系のパスタも良いが、がっつりにんにくを効かせたペペロンチーノも悪くない。イカの旨味たっぷりのしっかり乳化させたアーリエオーリオソースに、モチモチパスタを絡めて熱々を頂く。ジュワっととけるズッキーニも添えたら完璧だ。

俄然、イカとズッキーニの海鮮ペペロンチーノの気分になってきた！

イカとズッキーニの海鮮ペペロンチーノのレシピの材料　2人前

材料 分量
パスタ 180g
イカ 2杯
ズッキーニ 1/2本
たまねぎ 1/2個
トマト 1/4個

ペペロンチーノソースの材料

材料 分量
にんにく 3片
オリーブオイル 大さじ3
唐辛子 1本
塩 2つまみ

イカとズッキーニの海鮮ペペロンチーノのレシピの材料

①にんにくはみじん切り、他食材も適当な大きさに切る。

②フライパンにオリーブオイルを敷き、にんにくから香りが出るまで炒める。

③②にイカと玉ねぎ、ズッキーニを投入して炒める。塩を2つまみ入れる。

④パスタをゆでる。しばらく茹でたところでゆで汁お玉3杯程度を③に加えてフライパンを揺すりながらソースを乳化させる。

⑤茹で上がったパスタをソースに絡めしぱらく煮込む。塩加減を調整する。水分が少なくなくなったらゆで汁を足す。一体感が出たら完成。
