- 鍋に水、生姜スライス、酒を加え沸騰したら鶏むね肉を加える。再沸騰したら火を止める。ゆで汁が冷めるまで4時間ほど待つ。
- 鶏むね肉を取り出し、ゆで汁でお米を炊く。
- ソースの調味料を合わせる。
- 炊き上がったご飯に、スライスした鶏むね肉と付け合わせ野菜を添え、ソースをかけて完成。
