暑い夏には冷しゃぶが食べたくなる。冷しゃぶにはごまダレやポン酢が一般的で人気が高いが、運よく大量の梅が手に入ったので梅ダレで頂くとする。
これは俄然、激うま豚バラの冷しゃぶサラダな気分になってきた！
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 豚バラ | 80g |
| レタス | 5,6枚 |
| きゅうり | 1/2本 |
| パプリカ | 1/2個 |
| 梅ペースト | 大さじ 2 |
| オリーブオイル | 大さじ 1 |
| 塩 | 適量 |
| 水(ドレッシングの濃度調節用) | 適量 |
①豚バラは酒に15分つけてから茹でる。臭みが軽減される。水にはさらさず豚バラは冷やしておく。
②やさい類は適当に切りさらに盛っておく。
③梅ペーストにオリーブオイルを加え、塩と水で塩分と濃度を調節する。
④豚バラを野菜に乗せ、梅ドレッシングをかけて出来上がり。
旨い！梅ドレッシングでさっぱりいけると思い豚バラにしたのが大正解！
ごまダレだとクドくなってしまいそうなところだが、豚の甘味を全面に押し出しても梅が最終的にあっさり風にしてくれる。シソを加えたのも良いアクセントになっている。
いくらでも食べられそうだな。。
