こんがり焼いた手羽元と大根をじっくり煮込むと、大根に動物性脂の美味しいダシが染み込んで絶品の煮込みになります。
少しクドくなりがちなので、お酢もたっぷり入れてさっぱり感も出してみました。
脂が多く、じっくり煮込むとトロトロ、ホロホロになる手羽元と、旨味たっぷりのスープを吸ったじゅわっと大根を食べれば至福です。

コク深くもお酢ですっきり！大根と手羽元のさっぱり煮のレシピ 2人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 大根 | 2/3本 |
| 手羽元 | 10枚 |
| 黒こんにゃく | 1枚 |
| たまご | 4個 |
| 〇水 | 200cc |
| 〇酢 | 200cc |
| 〇醤油 | 大さじ6 |
| 〇酒 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇みりん | 大さじ3 |
コク深くもお酢ですっきり！大根と手羽元のさっぱり煮の作り方
①大根は4cm程度の厚さの食べやすい大きさに切り、カツオ出汁(分量外)を加えたお湯で20分程下茹でする。
②手羽元はフライパンで表面だけ焼き目がつく程度に焼いておく。
③卵はゆで卵にしておく。
④大きめの鍋に調味料〇と下茹でした大根、手羽元、ゆで卵、手でちぎった黒こんにゃくを加えて煮汁が1/2位なるくらいまで煮込む。途中で全体を混ぜてる。
⑤1時間程、寝かせて味を染み込ませてから、温めなおして完成。
余計な脂が抜けてホロホロになった手羽元と中までダシが染みた大根は絶品です。
酸味を効かせたおかげで、しっかり旨味が強い味ながら後味がすっきりしていていくらでも食べられます。
