今回のレシピはバターも生クリームも不要なレシピです。
牛乳をたっぷり使い、コショウをしっかり効かせると以外と物足りなさを感じない美味しいクリームパスタになります。
バター無し！生クリーム無し！コンソメ無し！ベーコンとほうれん草のクリームパスタの材料
| 材料 | 分量 |
| パスタ | 200g |
| ベーコン | 60g |
| ほうれん草 | 一袋 |
| 玉ねぎ | 1/4 |
| 小麦粉 | 大さじ3 |
| 牛乳 | 600cc |
| 胡椒 | 適量 |
| 塩 | 適量 |

- ベーコンを細切りにして、玉ねぎは薄くスライスする。
- オリーブオイルを引いたフライパンでベーコンと玉ねぎを炒める。
- しっかり炒めたら小麦粉を加えて全体にしっかりなじませる。
- 牛乳を3,4回に分け小麦粉を溶かすようになじませていく
- 胡椒をたっぷりめに加え、塩で味を調える。
- ほうれん草はさっと湯がいてアクを抜いて、冷水で冷やして3cm幅に切り分けておく。
- パスタを茹でて、⑤のソースに加える。⑥のほうれん草も加えて全体をなじませて完成。
胡椒をしっかり効かせることで物足りなさを感じることない美味しいクリームパスタになりました。
むしろ、さっぱりしたクリームソースにキリっと黒コショウが効いていて旨い。
【アレンジ】とろっとろ白菜のクリームパスタ
寒い冬にぴったりのアレンジメニューとしてとろっとろ白菜を加えたクリームパスタもご紹介します。白菜を事前にしっかり炒めておくことでトロットロに仕上がります。

| パスタ | 200g |
| ベーコン | 60g |
| ほうれん草 | 1/2袋 |
| 白菜 | 150g |
| 玉ねぎ | 1/4 |
| 小麦粉 | 大さじ3 |
| 牛乳 | 600cc |
| 塩コショウ | 適量 |
