手巻き寿司というと少し贅沢な印象もありますが、サラダ巻き主体にツナや肉類を使用すれば贅沢さそのままでぐっとコスパを良くすることができます。
今回は①豚肉の甘辛生姜炒め、②ツナマヨ、③甘口卵焼き、⑤ひきわり納豆、④サラダ巻きセットの5種類の具材をつくります。

材料 | 分量 |
酢飯 | 1.5合 |
海苔 | 5枚 |
いりごま | 適量 |
豚肉 | 70g |
〇醤油 | 大さじ1 |
〇みりん | 大さじ1 |
〇酒 | 大さじ1 |
〇砂糖 | 大さじ1 |
〇生姜 | 3cm位 |
ツナ缶 | 1個 |
◎マヨネーズ | 大さじ1,2 |
◎塩コショウ | 少々 |
玉子 | 2個 |
△砂糖 | 大さじ1.5 |
△みりん | 大さじ1 |
△水 | 大さじ1 |
△和風だし | 小さじ1/4 |
カニカマ | 10本 |
アボカド | 1/2個 |
大葉 | 10枚 |
きゅうり | 1/2本 |
玉ねぎ | 1/4個 |
納豆 | 1パック |
家庭の味方!節約手巻き寿司の作り方
①豚肉を甘辛炒め
油を敷いたフライパンで豚肉を炒め、焼き色がついたら調味料〇を加えて照りが出るまで炒めて完成。
②ツナマヨ
ツナ缶の油をしっかりきって、調味料◎を加えて良く混ぜ合わせて完成。
③甘口卵焼き
溶いた卵に調味料△を加えて良く混ぜるてから玉子焼きを作る。
④ひきわり納豆
通常の納豆しかない場合にはまあ板で包丁で細かくたたいて完成。その後にタレを混ぜておく。
⑤サラダ巻きセット
大葉は半分に切る。きゅうりは4cm幅にきってから4等分にする。玉ねぎはスライスして水にさらして辛味を抜く。カニカマも準備しておく。
あとは楽しむだけ。
