夏の風物詩ぶっかけうどん。そうめんと並んで我が家の夏のお昼のメニューの主役です。
シンプルなぶっかけうどんもいいですが、梅肉と大根おろし、大葉を添えるとこれはさわやかさ部門の優勝です。
梅肉の酸っぱさに大根おろしの辛さ、大葉の清涼感を一体にして口に運べば夏で良かったと心から思える至福の時間になります。
これは俄然、梅肉と大根おろしのさっぱりうどんの気分になってきた！
梅肉と大根おろしのさっぱりうどんのレシピ 2人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| うどん | 200g |
| 梅肉 | 大さじ1 |
| 大根おろし | 適量 |
| シソ | 1枚 |
| ○醤油 | 大さじ3 |
| ○みりん | 大さじ3 |
| ○カツオ出汁 | 小さじ1 |
| ○水 | 200g |
梅肉と大根おろしのさっぱりうどんの作り方
①大根はおろし、大葉は細切り、梅肉は包丁でたたいておく
②○は一度火にかけアルコールを飛ばしてから、冷蔵庫でよく冷やしておく
大小のステンレスボールを用意し、小に熱した汁、大に水をいれ冷やすと荒熱がすぐ取れます！水は数回入れ替えてください。
③うどんを茹で、よく水で締める
④うどんによく冷やした汁をかけ、大根おろし、梅肉、大葉を添えて出来上がり
