串無し焼き鳥

自宅で焼き鳥が食べたいと思う方も多いと思います。塩味ならそれなりに美味しく出来そうですが、串にさすのが面倒ですよね。

今回は串に刺す必要が無い焼き鳥レシピの紹介です。
シャアするのも楽なのでみんなでワイワイ食べるときに最適です。

手合いらず！簡単串無し焼き鳥のレシピ　2人前

材料 分量
鶏もも肉 1枚
〇酒 大さじ1
〇砂糖 小さじ1
〇塩 3つまみ
ネギ 1本

手合いらず！簡単串無し焼き鳥の作り方

①鶏もも肉を食べやすい大きさにカットし、調味料〇に15分つけておく。

②ネギを3,4cm幅にカットする。

②①の鶏とネギをフライパンで炒めて完成。
