臭みも全く感じませんので、サバが苦手な方やお子さんも食べやすい品かと思います。

|---|---|
| サバ | 4切れ |
| 梅 | 2つ |
| 生姜 | 4,5スライス |
| 酒 | 大さじ2 |
| みりん | 大さじ2 |
| 醤油 | 大さじ1 |
| 水 | 100cc |

①サバは塩をまぶして臭み抜きをしてから(10分程度置く)、飾り包丁を入れておく。
②4切れが重ならない程度の大きさの鍋に、種を取って細かく刻んんだ梅と他すべての調味料と水を加え、火にかける。
③沸騰したらサバを入れ、アルミホイルで蓋をして、ふつふつと煮立つ程度の火で10分程煮込んで完成。
