| 〇水 | 小さじ1 |
| 〇中華ダシ | 小さじ1/2 |
ぷるぷる触感が美味しい！水晶鳥のネギソースかけの作り方
①鶏むね肉に塩コショウで下味をつけて、片栗粉を塗す。
②沸騰したお湯に①投入し、3,4分茹でます。
③すぐに冷水にさらします。
残った水晶鳥は冷水にそのまま浸したまま冷蔵庫に入れます。
ぷるぷる衣が維持されますよ。
④ネギをみじん切りにして、調味料〇を加えて、推奨鳥にかけて完成。
ぷるっぷるの衣とこれでもかとジューシーな鶏むね肉が絶品。初めて食べる人は鶏むね肉だと思わないはずです。キンキンに冷やして暑い夏の夜に頂くのが至高です。
中華風のネギソースもさっぱりとしつつ、ごま油の風味が際立ちます。
