寒い時期には鍋が美味しいですが、自家製の鳥団子を入れるとより絶品な鍋になります。
今回はレンコンでシャキシャキ触感が楽しい、生姜風味のすっきり鳥団子です。
非常にヘルシーなので女性にもお勧めです。
レンコンのシャキシャキが楽しい!絶品ヘルシー鳥団子のレシピ 2人前
材料 | 分量 |
鳥胸ひき肉 | 250g |
玉子 | 1個 |
酒 | 大さじ1 |
醤油 | 小さじ1 |
しょうが(すりおろし) | 適量 |
レンコン | 30g |
片栗粉 | 大さじ1 |
レンコンのシャキシャキが楽しい!絶品ヘルシー鳥団子の作り方
①レンコンは5mm角くらいの大きさにカットしておく。
②鶏ひき肉に玉子、醤油、酒、生姜、片栗粉を加えてこねる。
③レンコンを②に加えて、二つのスプーン成形しながら鍋に加えて火を通して完成。
さっぱり生姜風味の鳥団子にレンコンのシャキシャキ触感が楽しい鳥団子になりました。
大葉を刻んで加えても美味しそうです。

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the structure of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
