春の山菜と言えばふきのとうですが、ご飯に混ぜると湯気に乗って、豊かな香りが広がる絶品混ぜご飯になります。
ふきのとうは好きだけど、天ぷらには飽きたなんて方はこのレシピをお試しください。
春の香り!コクと苦さが絶妙!ふきのとうご飯のレシピ
材料 | 分量 |
米 | 2合 |
ふきのとう | 50g(6,7個程度) |
〇塩 | 小さじ1/2 |
〇みりん | 大さじ1 |
〇酒 | 大さじ1 |
〇和風ダシ(顆粒) | 小さじ1/2 |
いりごま | 適量 |
春の香り!コクと苦さが絶妙!ふきのとうご飯の作り方
①〇の分量を含めて2合分の水量でお米を炊く。
②ふきのとうは汚れた葉などは取り除く水で洗っておく。沸騰したお湯で1分程茹でてアク抜きをして冷水で締める。
③細かく刻んでから、ごま油で2,3つまみの塩で炒めておく。
手早く調理すると綺麗な緑色に仕上がりますよ
④ご飯が炊けて5分ほど蒸らしてから②を加えて、いりごまを散らして完成。
熱々ご飯の湯気にのって、春の香りが立ち込めます。一口頬張れば思わず微笑む旨さ。
春が来たと思わずにいられないこの品は、ぜひこの季節に食べて頂きたいです。
この混ぜご飯たけでもしっかり成り立ってますので、おかずはシンプルに干物や漬物と味噌汁などが良いのではないでしょうか。
