少しカニが入るだけで全体に磯の風味が追加され、ぐっと深い味わいになります。
今回はシンプルにカニ、ネギ、レタス、卵の具材でチャーハンを作ります。

| 材料 | 分量 |
| ごはん | 1.5合分 |
| ネギ | 1/3本 |
| レタス | 2,3枚 |
| 卵 | 2個 |
| カニ | 適量 |
| 中華ダシ | 小さじ1 |
| 醤油 | 小さじ1 |
| 塩コショウ | 適量 |
海鮮の風味がたまらない！絶品蟹チャーハンの作り方
①ネギはみじん切り、レタスは食べやすい大きさにちぎっておきます。卵は溶いておきます。
②フライパンをしっかり熱してから、大さじ2程度の油を引いて、卵を加える。
すぐにご飯を卵の上に乗せ、卵を絡ませるように全体にからませながら炒めていく。
③中華ダシを加え、パラッとしてるまで炒める。
④ネギ、2/3のカニ、レタスを加え、全体になじませる。
⑤醤油をフライパンの淵から流し、塩コショウで味を調える。
⑥器に盛り、残ったカニを上に飾って完成。
カニの風味がしっかり出ていて旨い。ワンランク上のチャーハンに仕上がりました。
具材もシンプルにした方がカニの旨味が引き立って良かったです。
