そんな富山の中心地富山駅の近くでおすすめのキトキト(新鮮)な海産物が味わえるグルメを紹介します。
氷見きときと寿司
富山県内に店舗展開する回転寿司チェーンきときと寿司。仕事関係で富山に通っていたときにクライアントから教えてもらって以来通っているリーズナブルに旨い富山の寿司が食べられる庶民派代表格のお店です。
今回お邪魔したのは富山駅から徒歩1分程、きときと市場とやマルシェ のれん横丁にある富山駅前店。出張の帰りなどにも最適な立地です。
入口にメニュー一覧もあって入りやすいです。富山名産白エビも確認できました。
注文はタッチパネル式で、魚種によって入口が分かれていて注文しやすいです。
こちらは白身の画面。地物がすぐにわかる親切設定。今日は地物を中心に攻めてみます。
白エビ
富山名産白エビ。これを食べずに何を食べるという品です。甘えびの旨さが甘さやねっとり感だとすれば、この白エビの上品な甘さを楽しむものだと言えます。
とろりとした身質は全く臭みがなく、上品な甘さ、上手さを堪能することが出来ます。
醤油は控えめに、むしろ塩で食べてみたいと思わせる程の品です。から揚げ、天ぷらも絶品であるが寿司もまた白エビを語るに外すことが出来ないと認識しました。
車鯛(地物)
珍しい種類の鯛。身質は真鯛とそっくりな身質で、さっぱりとした上品な旨さ。
程よい熟成加減で柔らかで旨味を強く感じることが出来ました。
アジ(地物)
大ぶりな個体から捌かあれたアジ。脂の乗りは程ほどでしたが、非常に肉厚な身質は食べ応えばっちりです。
生姜やネギですっきり頂けるのもうれしいポイントです。
スズキ(地物)
上質な身質の白身で、歯ごたえも良く触感も楽しめるスズキでした。
ハマチ
ずっしりとした旨味がのったハマチ。旨味ぎっしりだが臭みは全くなく食べやすい品です。
