意外と簡単！旬のアジのなめろうでネバネバ丼

なめろうのネバネバ丼④

長芋が安くなっているのを見るとネバネバ丼を作りたくなるのは私だけではないと思う。普段ちょっと割高でわざわざ買うほどでもない長芋。安くなっているといっても、ただのとろろご飯ではもったいない気がしてしまう。そんな時に思い浮かぶのがネバネバ丼だ。

ネバネバ丼には魚が必須だと思うが、今日はアジが安かった。せっかくなのでなめろうにしてネバネバ丼の具材にしてみることにした。

コク深いなめろうをとろろと一緒にご飯をかきこむ。

これは俄然、旬のアジのなめろうでネバネバ丼な気分になってきた！

アジのなめろうの材料　2人前

材料 分量
アジ 20cm 5匹程度
味噌 大さじ1
ネギ 15cm
大葉 2枚
生姜 適量(チューブ4,5cm程度)

ネバネバ丼の材料

材料 分量
長芋 1/2本
おくら 4個
納豆 2パック
○醤油 大さじ1/2
○みりん 大さじ1/2
○かつお出汁 小さじ1/2
○水 200cc

旬のアジのなめろうでネバネバ丼の作り方

①アジを三枚おろしにして、皮を引いて、ぶつ切りにしておく。

②ネギ、大葉は適当な大きさに刻んでおく。

③①と②と味噌と生姜を加え包丁でたたく。なめろうの完成。

④材料○を鍋で沸騰させて、みりんのアルコールを飛ばす。ボールなどに移し冷やしておく。

⑤長芋をすりおろしておく。

⑥オクラはヘタを落とし、2分程塩茹でし、荒熱を取ってから輪切りにしておく。

⑦納豆は包丁でたたいてひきわり納豆にしてから、付属のタレを混ぜておく。

⑧擦った長芋と④と合わせる。塩分や粘土を見ながら少しづつ足していく。とろろの完成。

⑨③、⑥、⑦、⑧をご飯の上にのせ、お好みで刻みのりなどを振って完成。
