今回は自宅でおでん汁から簡単に作れるレシピを紹介します。
自宅で作る!簡単シンプルな「おでん」の材料
材料 | 分量 |
〇水 | 1000cc |
〇醤油 | 大さじ1 |
〇オイスターソース | 大さじ1 |
〇酒 | 大さじ1 |
〇みりん | 大さじ1 |
〇かつおだし | 大さじ1/2 |
だいこん | 1/2本 |
練り物 | 適当 |
自宅で作る!簡単シンプルな「おでん」のレシピ&作り方
①大根は4,5cm幅のいちょう切りにして、沸騰したお湯に和風だし(分量外)を加えて、約20分下茹でする。
大根の線維が壊れて味が良く染みるようになります!
②調味料〇を大きめのな鍋で火にかけて1煮立ちさせる。
③大根を入れて30分煮込んでから、1時間ほど休ませて味を染み込ませる。
④練り物を加えて15分程煮込んで完成。
しっかり下茹でしたおかげで大根の芯までダシが染みて非常に美味しく仕上がりました。
はんぺんやがんもは煮込み過ぎるとデロっとするので煮込み過ぎないようにして下さい。
