カラマンシーでさっぱり！夏にぴったりフィリピン風焼きそば

先日フィリピンに一か月程滞在する機会があり、いろんなものを食べたが、非常に美味しかったものにパンシット(フィリピン風焼きそば)がある。店によって味が異なるが、概ねニンニクがっつり、カラマンシーなどの柑橘系の果実を絞って食べるという特徴があった。

たまたまカラマンシーが大量に手に入ったので、ついついフィリピンの焼きそばを思い出してしまった。

これは俄然、フィリピン風焼きそばの気分になってきた！

夏にぴったりフィリピン風焼きそばのレシピの材料

材料 分量
焼きそば 2玉
塩コショウ 小さじ1/2
中華だし 小さじ1
酒 大さじ1
カラマンシー(またはライムなど) 2個
にんにく 2個
フライドガーリック 適量
野菜や肉など 適量

 

フィリピン風焼きそばのレシピ

①フライパンに多めの油をしき、刻んんだにんにくを香りが出るまで炒める

②肉、野菜類を加え炒める。火が通ったら一旦さらに移す

③焼きそばはレンジで温めておく

④フライパンに油をしき、焼きそばを炒める

⑤②の肉、野菜類を加え、塩コショウ、中華だし、酒、フライドガーリックを加えて、炒めて出来上がり

旨い！にんにくが“これでもか”と効いた焼きそばに柑橘系をキュッと絞って食べるとがっつりしているのに爽やかでいくらでも食べられる。

フライドガーリックとカラマンシーが特にフィリピンっぽいくしてくれます。
