生クリームやバターを使用しないクリームソースパスタはさっぱりして美味しいですが、少しコクが足りない時などには旨味の強いソーセージを具材として加えると、コク深いソースになってとても美味しいです。
今回は色合いも良く、クリームソースに相性が良いほうれん草を合わせました。
クリームソースに肉の旨味！ソーセージとほうれん草のクリームパスタ 2人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| パスタ | 200g |
| ソーセージ | 3,4本 |
| ほうれん草 | 一袋 |
| 玉ねぎ | 1/4 |
| 小麦粉 | 大さじ3 |
| 牛乳 | 600cc |
| 塩コショウ | 適量 |
クリームソースに肉の旨味！ソーセージとほうれん草のクリームパスタの作り方
①ほうれん草を20秒程下茹でして、冷水で締める。3cm幅にカットしておく。
②玉ねぎをスライスにして、ソーセージを輪切りにして炒める。
③小麦粉を加えて全体によく馴染ませる。
具材に小麦粉を馴染ませてから牛乳で溶くとダマになりにくいですよ！
④牛乳を3,4回に分けて少量ずつ加えて溶いていく。塩コショウで味を調える。
⑤パスタを茹でて、④にほうれん草と一緒に加えてよく和えて完成。
さっぱりめのクリームソースにソーセージの強い旨味が良く合います。ほうれん草も触感と香りで良いアクセントになります。胡椒たっぷりで頂くと、なお美味しいです。
