本格簡単中華！イカと野菜のオイスターソース炒めのレシピ 2人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| イカ(胴体) | 2杯 |
| 茄子 | 2本 |
| ピーマン | 3個 |
| 人参 | 1/3本 |
| きくらげ | 適量 |
| 〇オイスターソース | 大さじ1 |
| 〇醤油 | 小さじ1 |
| 〇酒 | 小さじ1 |
| 〇みりん | 小さじ1 |
| 〇中華ダシ | 小さじ1/2 |
| ニンニク | 2片 |
本格簡単中華！イカと野菜のオイスターソース炒めの作り方
①イカの胴体を3,4cm角程度に切り分け、格子状に飾り包丁を入れておく。
②茄子は食べやすい大きさに切り、多めの油で焼き色をつけてから、弱火で2,3分蒸し焼きにする。
③ピーマン、人参、きくらげも食べやすい大きさに切っておく。
④にんにくをみじん切りにして、油大さじ1程度を敷いたフライパンで炒めて香りをだす。
⑤イカを加えて軽く火が通るまで炒める。
⑥野菜類を加え、油を回すように炒める。
⑦調味料〇を加え、少し炒めたら完成。
ぷりっぷりのイカの弾力とシャキシャキ野菜、きくらげの触感が楽しい！オイスターソースが味の土台をしっかりと支えてコク深い味わいにしてくれています。
イカが安い秋などには、お肉以外の中華料理で少し変化のある食卓にしてはいかがでしょうか。
