材料 分量
玉子 3個
カニカマ 4.5本
中華ダシ 小さじ1
トマト 1/2個
○水 150cc
○酒 大さじ1/2
○醤油 大さじ1/2
○酢 大さじ1/2
水溶き片栗粉 適量

手早く絶品中華！酸味が美味しいトマトかに玉の作り方

①1cm角くらいにカットしたトマト、ほぐしたカニカマ、トマトを溶き卵に混ぜておく。

②調味料〇を合わせ、鍋で1煮立ちさせる。水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけておく。

③多めの油を敷いたフライパンをしっかり熱し、①を入れる。

④序盤はよく混ぜて細かい卵のスクランブルエッグ状にする。少し固まったら反対の面も焼いて皿に盛る。

⑤④に②のあんかけをかけて完成。
