シャキシャキ簡単空心菜炒め1

東南アジアに旅行に行った時には必ず目にする空心菜炒め。癖がなく、触感が楽しい空心菜はがっつりニンニクを効かせることで、パンチはありつつ食べやすい一皿です。

スーパーで見かけることは少ないですが産直などでは、たまに安価に見かけますので見つけたら是非お試しください。

にんにくが決め手！シャキシャキ簡単空心菜炒めのレシピ　2人前

材料 分量
空心菜 一袋
〇中華ダシ 小さじ1
〇醤油 小さじ1/2
〇酒 大さじ1
にんにく 3,4片

にんにくが決め手！シャキシャキ簡単空心菜炒めの作り方

①にんにくは粗みじんに刻んでおく。

②空心菜は4,5cmくらいの食べやすい長さに切りそろえておく。

③フライパンに多めの油を敷いて、ニンニクを炒めて香りを出す。

④空心菜を加えて油を回してささっと強火で炒める。

⑤調味料〇を加えて全体を炒めて完成。

癖のない空心菜のシャキシャキとした触感が楽しく、いくらでも食べられそうです。
ニンニクは今回4片入れましたが、もっと入れても良い印象です。

アジア諸国で食べたあの空心菜炒めはどのくらいニンニク入っているのだろう。。

食べ応えのある優秀な副菜になりました。あっさり目のメインディッシュの時には重宝しそうです。
