ネギの大量消費におすすめ！豚しゃぶ＆ねぎしゃぶのレシピ

寒い時季節はネギが安い。安いゆえに大量に購入しがちで余りがち。

そんな時はネギしゃぶがいい。大量の白髪ねぎを出汁の中に泳がせ、豚肉でしゃぶしゃぶしてネギを大量に巻き込んでポン酢で食べる。

豚肉の濃厚な脂身とすっきりシャキシャキしたネギがベストマッチ。思わず旨いと声が出る。

これは俄然、豚肉で簡単ネギしゃぶの気分になってきた！

ネギの大量消費におすすめ！豚しゃぶ・ねぎしゃぶの材料（2人前）

材料 分量
豚肉 300g
ネギ 2,3本
水 1000cc
かつおだし 大さじ1
酒 大さじ1
ポン酢 適量
大根おろし(お好みで) 5cm

①水、酒、カツオ出汁を鍋にかけて1煮立ちさせる。

②白髪ねぎを大量につくり、水にさらしておく。

③②をだし汁に半分程入れて、火が通ったら豚肉をしゃぶしゃぶして頂く。

ネギは火が通り過ぎても美味しくないので、数回に分けて入れると良いです！

ポン酢で食べることでさらにすっきりした後味になりますので女性にもお勧めです！
