| 材料 | 分量 |
| カレイ | 1匹 |
| 生姜スライス | 3枚 |
| 生姜千切り | 適量 |
| 〇酒 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇醤油 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇みりん | 大さじ3 |
| 〇砂糖 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇水 | 大さじ3 |
トロっとした身質が絶品！カレイの煮つけの作り方
①カレイは頭をとり、内臓を取り出して、二等分にする。
②生姜の千切りは水にさらしておく。
③調味料〇とスライス生姜を鍋に入れ、沸騰させる。
④カレイを入れ、アルミホイルで落し蓋をして、弱めの中火で沸々となるくらいで約10分煮込む。
⑤カレイを盛り付け、千切り生姜を盛り付け完成。
箸を入れるとトロっとほぐれる身質に、甘辛いタレが絡んで絶品です。
