①アジを捌いて、塩を振り10分程置いて臭み抜きをする。浮き出た水分はキッチンペーパーで拭いておく。

②アジに塩コショウを薄く振り、片栗粉⇒溶き卵⇒パン粉の順でつけて180°の油で揚げるて完成。
