材料 分量
グレ 1匹
醤油 大さじ3
砂糖 大さじ3
酒 大さじ3
みりん 大さじ3
水 大さじ5(切り身なら大さじ3)
生姜 6スライス程

①グレは三枚おろしの状態でも、1匹丸ごとでも可。煮込み時間と水の量を調整する。

②生姜3スライスは千切りにして水にさらしておく

③生姜3スライスと醤油、砂糖、酒、みりん、水を鍋で火にかけ1煮立ちさせる。

④グレを入れ、アルミホイルで落とし蓋をして、切り身は4分、1匹丸ごとは12分程弱めの中火で煮込む。

⑤千切り生姜を添えて出来上がり。
