これが王道！絶品餃子のレシピ
| 材料 80個 | 分量 |
| 餃子の皮 | 大判80枚 |
| 豚ひき肉 | 350g |
| きゃべつ | 300g |
| ニラ | 2/3袋 |
| にんにく | 3片 |
| 生姜 | にんにくと同量 |
| 〇醤油 | 大さじ1 |
| 〇酒 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇ごま油 | 大さじ2 |
| 〇中華出汁(粉末) | 小さじ2 |
| 〇こしょう | 適量 |
これが王道！絶品餃子の作り方
①生姜、ニンニクをすり下ろす。
②大き目のボールに豚ひき肉、①の生姜とニンニク、調味料〇を加え粘り気が出るまでこねる。
③キャベツは千切りにしてから(スライサーがあれば尚良い)さらに細かく切る。ニラも同様に細か切る。
④②のボールに③の野菜を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
⑤餃子の皮に④の具材を入れつつむ。
⑥焼くときは、油を多めにしいたフライパンに餃子20個につき100cc位の熱湯で蒸し焼きにして完成。
旨い。これだという味。ニンニクががっつり効いており、具材にもしっかり下味がついておりぐっと旨味が溢れてくる。
