本来は豚バラブロックを茹ででから焼き目を付けて。。というレシピですが、豚バラをブロックで買うことは無いですし、何より脂が多いにくは嫁の好みではない。
豚小間でも、下味をしっかりつけて、片栗粉を塗して焼くことで、豚バラブロックに負けないジューシーさ、柔らかさを再現できます。
濃厚な味噌ダレをしっかりまとったジューシー肉を頬張ってそのままホカホカご飯をかきこみたい！
これは俄然、豚小間回鍋肉な気分になってきた！
回鍋肉（味噌炒め）のレシピの材料
| 材料（2人前） | 分量 |
| 豚小間切れ肉 | 200g |
| キャベツ | 300g |
| 玉ねぎ | 1/2個 |
| ピーマン | 2個 |
豚小間の下味用タレの材料
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 醤油 | 小さじ1 |
| 酒 | 大さじ1 |
| しょうが | 少々 |
| にんにく | 1片 |
味噌ダレの材料
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 味噌 | 小さじ1.5 |
| 醤油 | 小さじ1 |
| 酒 | 大さじ1 |
| みりん | 大さじ1 |
| 中華だし | 小さじ1/2 |
| オイスターソース | 大さじ1 |
| にんにく | 1片 |
| 砂糖 | 小さじ1 |
回鍋肉（味噌炒め）の簡単レシピ＆作り方
①豚小間を適当な大きさに切り、豚小間の下味用タレに15分程度つけておく。
②①に片栗粉を塗して、ほぐしながら多めの油で焼いていく。
③一度②を取り出し、油大さじ1を引いて、みじん切りのにんにくを投入し香りをだす。
④キャベツ、玉ねぎ、ピーマンを投入し、油をからめるように炒める。
⑤②とタレを投入し、強火で炒める。
⑥全体が馴染んで、いい照りになったら出来上がり。
