プリプリ！旬のスルメイカでイカの天ぷら

天ぷらにするとなんでも旨い。誰が言ったかは知らないが、実に言い得て妙だと思う。野菜類もとりあえず揚げれば旨いし、先日つくったキスなども天ぷらが一番旨い食べ方だと思う。今日はイカが非常に安く手に入った。油跳ねが怖いイカ天だが、あのザクっとした衣とプリッとしたイカの触感のコントラストは何とも言えない幸福感がある。是非とも熱々の天つゆにたっぷり大根おろしを載せて、かぶりつきたいものだ。

俄然イカの天ぷらの気分になってきた！

イカの天ぷらの材料

材料 分量
コツのいらないてんぷら粉 100g
水 160cc
イカ 3杯
ズッキーニ 1/2本
カボチャ 1/8個
ちくわ 2本
レンコン 8スライス
マイタケ 1パック

イカの天ぷらのレシピ

①てんぷら粉と水を合わせて衣をつくる

②イカは十字の格子状に切り込みを入れて切る。こうすると跳ねにくくなります。
