男子大好き豚の角煮。トロっとした豚バラの脂身と甘じょっぱいタレが染みたホロホロの身質。

食べる前から旨いと感じるそのビジュアルも反則的。

まだ試行錯誤中だが、今回は炊飯器で簡単に作れる豚の角煮のレシピを紹介する。

炊飯器で簡単！絶品とろとろ豚の角煮のレシピ 2人前

材料 分量
豚バラブロック 500g
ネギの青い部分 適量
生姜スライス 5,6スライス
〇水 500cc
〇酒 大さじ3
〇砂糖 大さじ3
〇醤油 大さじ5

炊飯器で簡単！絶品とろとろ豚の角煮の作り方

①豚バラブロックを少し大きめに切り分け、沸騰したお湯にネギの青い部分と生姜スライスを入れ、1時間程煮込む。

②茹で上がった豚肉はアクを流して調味料〇と一緒に炊飯器に入れて約1時間で完成。
