食べる前から旨いと感じるそのビジュアルも反則的。
まだ試行錯誤中だが、今回は炊飯器で簡単に作れる豚の角煮のレシピを紹介する。
炊飯器で簡単！絶品とろとろ豚の角煮のレシピ 2人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 豚バラブロック | 500g |
| ネギの青い部分 | 適量 |
| 生姜スライス | 5,6スライス |
| 〇水 | 500cc |
| 〇酒 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇砂糖 | 大さじ3 |
| 〇醤油 | 大さじ5 |
炊飯器で簡単！絶品とろとろ豚の角煮の作り方
①豚バラブロックを少し大きめに切り分け、沸騰したお湯にネギの青い部分と生姜スライスを入れ、1時間程煮込む。
②茹で上がった豚肉はアクを流して調味料〇と一緒に炊飯器に入れて約1時間で完成。
トロトロにほぐれる身質に甘じょっぱいタレが絡んで非常に美味。
炊飯器でも簡単にとろとろ角煮ができました。
