簡単絶品明太子パスタ

自家製明太子パスタは明太子のプチプチとした触感が非常に明瞭で、塩加減、明太子の量、オリーブオイルの量などをお好みに応じて調整できる魅力があります。

余った明太子などを使って一度試していただくと、もう市販のパスタソースには戻れなくなりますよ！

生クリームいらず！簡単絶品明太子パスタの材料

材料 分量
パスタ 200g
〇明太子 60g(1.5~2腹)
〇バター 20g
〇牛乳 50g
〇醤油 大さじ1
大葉 3,4枚
刻みのり 適量

生クリームいらず！簡単絶品明太子パスタの作り方

  1. バターを角切りにして、調味料〇と一緒に大きめのボールに合わせておく。
  2. 大葉は細切りにしておく。
  3. たっぷりのお湯に塩を加え、パスタを表示時間通りに茹でる。
  4. よくパスタのお湯を切り、１のボールに熱いうちに加えバターを溶かすように混ぜ合わせる。
  5. 皿に盛り付け、大葉と刻みのりを散らして完成。

バターは負担が無い程度の大きさに切っておくと良いです。4,5g程度の塊はパスタの熱で溶けます。

海苔と大葉はたっぷりが美味しいです。生クリームが無くても十分本格的な味になります。

辛い物が苦手な方は、明太子は2/3程あらかじめソースとして和えて、塩分や辛味を確認して、残りを追加する方がおすすめです。
