夏にぴったり！梅ペーストでさっぱり冷製パスタ

梅の冷製パスタ3

先日大量に仕入れた梅ペーストがまだまだあるので、冷製パスタに合わせてみることにした。

キンキンに冷やした細麺のパスタをオリーブオイルと塩ベースで頂くとしよう。

これは俄然、梅ペーストでさっぱり冷製パスタな気分になってきた！

梅ペーストでさっぱり冷製パスタのレシピの材料(2人前)

材料 分量
パスタ 200g
塩 適量
梅ペースト 大さじ 3
オリーブオイル 大さじ 2
鶏むね肉 50g
玉ねぎ 1/4個
シソ 3枚

①鶏むね肉は茹でてから、冷やし手で裂いておく

②玉ねぎは薄くスライスして(スライサーがあると良い)、水にさらし辛味を抜いておく

③シソは細長く切っておく

④パスタを指示通りの時間+2分茹でて、湯切りして冷水で冷やす

⑤ボールに④とオリーブオイルを入れよく馴染ませる。

⑥⑤と①②をボールで和えて、盛り付ける。上からシソを塗して完成

梅の自然な酸味と玉ねぎのシャキシャキした触感がたまらなくフレッシュでうまい。
シソも爽やかさを引き立てており、夏にぴったりな一品となった。
