| 材料 | 分量 |
| パスタ | 180g |
| 梅干し | 1.5-2個(塩分濃度による) |
| 玉ねぎ | 1/4 |
| 大葉 | 4枚 |
| 醤油 | 小さじ1 |
| オリーブオイル | 大さじ1 |
簡単シンプル！さっぱり梅パスタの作り方
①大葉を細かく切っておく。
②パスタを茹でて、大き目のボールに入れてオリーブオイルを加えて良く混ぜる。
③梅干し、玉ねぎスライス、醤油を加えてよく混ぜる。
④大葉を添えて出来上がり。
さっぱりした梅風味が食欲を掻き立てます。大葉の清涼感もこのパスタにぴったり合っていて旨い。
