簡単美味しいずんだ

ずんだ餅は枝豆の香りとほのかな甘みを生かしたシンプルで素朴な味わいが特徴です。
ずんだの上品な甘さとしっとりとしたお餅が一体となって非常に満足度高い一品になります。

材料はシンプルに枝豆、塩、砂糖のみで仕上げます。是非香りが良い茹でたての枝豆で作ってみて下さい。

材料 分量
枝豆 300g
砂糖 大さじ4
塩 3,4つまみ

シンプル簡単！枝豆の甘味と香りがたまらない！ずんだの作り方

  1. たっぷりをお湯をわかし、1リットルに1g程度の塩を加える。
  2. 1に枝豆を加え、5分程茹でる。
  3. 茹で上がった枝豆房から全て取り出し、表面の薄皮を取り除く。
  4. 枝豆、砂糖、塩をミキサーまたはフードプロセッサに入れ、ペースト状にして完成。

枝豆の薄皮は可能な限り取っていただいた方が、口に残る感じなく非常に食べやすくなります。
