海鮮丼というと普段のご飯と比べると割高というイメージが強いが、旬の魚を使えば安価に新鮮な海鮮丼を作ることができる。

今回は冬の魚の王様『ブリ』の稚魚(佐渡ヶ島では『ふくらげ』と)を購入。なんと驚きの大量買いで100円！

値段なんかきにせず、たっぷり切り身を丼ぶりでかきこむには最高の食材。

これは俄然、ブリの稚魚で豪華海鮮丼の気分になってきた！

ブリの稚魚で豪華海鮮丼のレシピの材料

今回はふくらげの刺身、ふくらげのヅケ、イクラ、ホタテ、卵焼きを具材とします。お好みでどうぞ。

材料 分量
ふくらげ(ブリの稚魚) 5匹
イクラの醤油漬け 適量
ホタテの貝柱 4個
たまご 1個

ブリの稚魚で豪華海鮮丼のレシピ

①ふくらげのヅケは、酒大さじ2、みりん大さじ2を沸騰させ、アルコールを飛ばしたら醤油大さじ1を加えてひと煮たちさせ、冷やしてから、切り身をつける。

②卵1個に対し、砂糖小さじ1/2、塩1つまみ、だし汁大さじ1を加え、少し甘めの卵焼きをつくる。

③全体を盛り付けて完成。
