値段なんかきにせず、たっぷり切り身を丼ぶりでかきこむには最高の食材。
これは俄然、ブリの稚魚で豪華海鮮丼の気分になってきた！
ブリの稚魚で豪華海鮮丼のレシピの材料
今回はふくらげの刺身、ふくらげのヅケ、イクラ、ホタテ、卵焼きを具材とします。お好みでどうぞ。
| 材料 | 分量 |
| ふくらげ(ブリの稚魚) | 5匹 |
| イクラの醤油漬け | 適量 |
| ホタテの貝柱 | 4個 |
| たまご | 1個 |
ブリの稚魚で豪華海鮮丼のレシピ
①ふくらげのヅケは、酒大さじ2、みりん大さじ2を沸騰させ、アルコールを飛ばしたら醤油大さじ1を加えてひと煮たちさせ、冷やしてから、切り身をつける。
②卵1個に対し、砂糖小さじ1/2、塩1つまみ、だし汁大さじ1を加え、少し甘めの卵焼きをつくる。
③全体を盛り付けて完成。
