| 材料 | 分量 |
| チンゲン菜 | 2株 |
| 豚こま肉 | 100g |
| しめじ | 1パック |
| にんじん | 1/2本 |
| ネギ | 1/2本 |
| 〇オイスターソース | 大さじ1 |
| 〇醤油 | 小さじ1 |
| 〇酒 | 大さじ1 |
| 〇みりん | 大さじ1 |
| 水溶き片栗粉 | 適量 |
簡単お手軽！シャキシャキ野菜が美味しい！豚肉とチンゲン菜のオイスターソース炒めの作り方
①チンゲン菜、人参、ネギは食べやすい大きさに切っておく、しめじはほぐしておく。
②調味料〇は全て合わせておく。
③豚こま肉は塩コショウを振り、片栗粉(分量外)を振り、多めの油で揚げ焼きにする。別のさらに移しておく。
③フライパンに多めの油を敷いて野菜類としめじ加えて油を回すように炒める。
④少ししんなりしたら、揚げ焼きにした豚こま肉と調味料〇を加えて強火でささっと炒めて完成。
