お酢でさっぱり！鶏肉と大根のさっぱり煮のレシピ たっぷり4人前
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 鶏もも肉 | 2枚 |
| 大根 | 1本 |
| カツオ出汁 | 大さじ1/2 |
| 〇水 | 100cc |
| 〇酢 | 100cc |
| 〇醤油 | 大さじ4 |
| 〇砂糖 | 大さじ4 |
| 〇みりん | 大さじ4 |
| 〇酒 | 大さじ4 |
お酢でさっぱり！鶏肉と大根のさっぱり煮の作り方
①鶏もも肉は皮目だけパリッとフライパンで焼いてから、食べやすい大きさに切っておきます。
②大根は3,4cm幅のいちょう切りにして、沸騰したお湯にカツオ出汁を加え下茹でする。約20分
しっかり下茹ですることで大根の線維が壊れ味がよく染み込みます。
③調味料〇を鍋に加え、下茹でした大根と鶏肉を加えて落し蓋をして、30分程弱めの中火で煮込む。
④火を止めて1時間休ませて、味を染み込ませて完成。
大根から鶏肉のジューシーなスープが溢れてきて旨い。お酢のさっぱりとした後味のおかげで全くクドくなくいくらでも食べられそうだ。カラシをちょっと付けて食べるとなおスッとした清涼感を感じ鶏もも肉のコクと相乗効果を生み出す。旨い。
