炊き立てのごはんを頬張り、熱々豚汁でずずっと流し込むのは一つの至福です。

これは俄然、ニンニクと生姜で絶品豚汁の気分になってきた！

材料 分量
豚バラ肉 200g
玉ねぎ 1個
人参 1個
ゴボウ 1本
こんにゃく 1枚
水 1500cc
酒 大さじ3
カツオ出汁 小さじ2
味噌 大さじ4
ニンニク 2片
生姜 少々

①ごぼうをささがきにして、水に3分程さらしておく。

②豚バラ肉、玉ねぎ、こんにゃく、人参を食べやすい大きさに切っておく

③大き目の鍋でごぼうと豚肉をごま油でじっくり炒める。

④③に玉ねぎ、こんにゃく、人参をいれ油を回すように少し炒める。

⑤にんにくと生姜をすりおろし、④に加えて少し炒める。

⑥⑤に水、酒、カツオ出汁を加えて煮込む。

⑦味噌は最後に加えて味を調えて完成。

豚バラから出る動物性の旨味とにんにくのパンチが一口目からガツンと効いていて旨い。生姜のすっきりとした清涼感もバランスを取ってくれている。これでおかずが十分なくらいにしっかりとした汁ものになった。

冬は白菜で量増し！アレンジ豚汁でボリュームアップ

白菜豚汁

我が家では豚汁は大人気メニューなので鍋一杯に作ってもすぐに無くなってしまいます。
豚肉は材料費が高めなので、何か別のものを加えてボリュームアップしたくなります。
そんな時には白菜を大量に加えてトロトロになるまで煮込めば、白菜の甘さとトロトロ触感が美味しいアレンジレシピになります。

圧倒的コク深さ！ニンニクと生姜で絶品豚汁のレシピに白菜500g、水500cc、味噌大さじ1、カツオ出汁小さじ0.5、ニンニク1片を加えただけです。

想像の2,3倍量位の白菜が入りると思いますが、煮込むうちに水分が抜けて量が減っていきます。
白菜を煮込むと美味しい出汁にスープに溶け出します。豚の旨味を薄めているのも気にならない位の美味しさになりますよ。
