春の訪れと知らせるフキノトウは天ぷらで食べるのが一番おいしいです。
ふきのとうのアクは油で揚げることで、概ね抜けますので下処理も簡単な調理法です。

この時期にだけ味わえる春の味覚をぜひご賞味下さい。

材料 分量
ふきのとう 8個
ゴボウ 1/2本
ちくわ 1袋
しいたけ 4枚
コツのいらないてんぷら粉 100g
水 160cc

ほろ苦さと香りがたまらない！春の味覚！フキノトウの天ぷらの作り方

①フキノトウは水でざっくり洗って、大きなゴミを取り除いた後、外側の汚れた葉も手で取り除いておきます。芽が閉じているものは少し開いておくと火が通りやすくなります。

②ごぼうは斜め切りにして、水に3分程つけておきます。

③ちくわ、しいたけも食べやすい大きさに切っておきます。

④コツのいらないてんぷら粉と水を合わせます。揚げる直前に合わせてください。

⑤180度の油で揚げて完成。フキノトウはしっかりめに揚げた方がホクホクして美味しいですよ。

フキノトウ天ぷら

さっくり揚がったフキノトウは噛んだ瞬間香りがふわっと鼻を抜けて春を存分に感じさせてくれます。少しほろ苦い味わいも後を引きいていくらでも食べられそうです。

フキノトウ天ぷら天つゆもいいですが、フキノトウの味がよくわかる塩で頂くのがおすすめです！
揚げきれなれなかったフキノトウは湿られたキッチンペーパーにくるんでポリ袋で閉じ、冷蔵庫に入れておけば1週間弱は日持ちします。

この時期だけの春の味覚をぜひお楽しみください。
