嫁はたこ焼きが大好きだ。我が家では月に1回たこ焼きを行う。
出汁を強めに効かせた生地に紅ショウガ、小口ネギ、揚げ玉で緩急を加える。
中をトロトロにしつつ、外はカリっと仕上げるには生地の粉と水の割合が大事。あと油の量。
カリっと仕上がったたこ焼きでビールをたしなむ。家族で楽しめる最高の娯楽だ。
これは俄然、たこやきの気分になってきた！
カリっ！トロっ！で旨い！絶品たこ焼きの材料
| 材料 70個分 | 分量 |
| ○薄力粉 | 200g |
| ○水 | 900cc |
| ○和風だし(顆粒) | 小さじ1 |
| ○卵 | 3個 |
| ○醤油 | 大さじ1 |
| ○みりん | 大さじ1 |
| タコ | 200g程度 |
| 青ネギ | 1袋 |
| 紅ショウガ | 1/2袋 |
| 天かす | 適量 |
| 青のり | 適量 |
| 鰹節 | 適量 |
| ソース | 適量 |
| マヨネーズ | 適量 |
カリっ！トロっ！で旨い！絶品たこ焼きの作り方
①タコを70切れ程度にカットする。
②生地の材料○と紅ショウガの汁を混ぜて、冷蔵庫で寝かせておく(可能なら一晩)。
③青ネギを小口に刻んでおく。
④油を多めに敷いて(少し底に溜まるくらい)、ジューと音が鳴るくらい熱してから生地を流し入れる。
⑤タコ、紅ショウガ、天かすを加える。
⑥成形して、青のりやソースをかけて出来あがり。
